Between September 2015 and September 2020, the Musée National de l’Histoire de l’Immigration presents a free travelling exhibition Thinking outside the boxes. Comics and migration. Distributed by the Museum but also independently by some fifteen partners, this exhibition was conceived and designed for all types of audience.

The mobile exhibition Paris-Londres. Music Migrations was taken from the temporary exhibition held at the Musée National de l’Histoire de l’Immigration in Paris in 2019. It highlights the role played by musical movements as vectors of protest during a period of three decades that saw hundreds of thousands of men and women settle in France and the UK, coming from the colonies and former colonies of the two countries.

The mobile exhibition Mondes Tsiganes was taken from the temporary exhibition held at the Musée National de l’Histoire de l’Immigration in Paris in 2018. It helps to deconstruct negative images of populations viewed as foreign to the societies they live in, particularly in France.

Between February 2018 and February 2023, the Musée National de l’Histoire de l’Immigration is offering a travelling version of the exhibition Ciao Italia!, distributed by the Museum but also by its partners in France and worldwide.
